Clean eating has really been such a trendy term over the last few years and while it has come and gone quite a few times, many of us still need a bit of a push to get over the hump and start eating healthier.
And there is a lot of fuss about if we can or should, should we even count calories?
And there is a lot of guilt that comes with any kind of 'diet' (this is where I will stress that I am not talking about fad diets and I fully recognize that to many people any dieter is a dieter regardless of what they may be eating).
Everyone I know is desperately trying to stay trim in the run-up to summer and for all the 'experts' out there, it is time to go into 'fluff up your bums and head to the beach' mode.
But it is my opinion that many people, even those in the 'healthy eating' mode, still fall prey to certain bad eating habits.
And although I am sure the fad will pass, healthy eating practices should not.
There are loads of ways that you can eat that still give you the same feeling of satisfaction that you are used to.
Some of these are things I have been doing for a long time but I wanted to write a little about it, as much of it is the standard healthy eating, and we have heard it all before.
This is about healthy eating for everyone and I hope that you find something in here that you can start to use.
But first, here are some super quick and easy ways that anyone can start to reduce their sugar intake:
